From the 2nd of January 2026 you can now stream Wicked<\/a>: For Good at home! Just under 2 months since it’s worldwide theatrical release where it grossed just over $500 million the movie is available to purchase on amazon prime video. The US release happened just a few days earlier on the 30th of December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The film is the epic conclusion to Wicked <\/a>Part 1 which released in 2024 and is a film adaptation of one of the most successful musicals of all time. Wicked was conceived and first played on Broadway back in 2003 by Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman. The musical is loosely based of the novel of the same name by Gregory Maguire. The story functions as a prequel to The Wizard of Oz and focuses on the Wicked Witch of the West. We follow Elphaba on her journey from outcast to the wicked witch and how her friendships and powers shaped her. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
