It has been announced that the MJ the Musical<\/a> closing date has been set. The show will now run until the 28th of February 2026 before closing at the Prince Edward<\/a>. After 2 successful years at one of the largest theatres in the West End the show will go on. The show continues to run on Broadway and a worldwide tour was announced for 2026. A UK tour will also run in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The show currently stars Jarmaal Fields-Green who will be performing the title role until the closing date. It previously starred Myles Frost who reprised his Tony-winning role in London. The show also won awards in London for Best Choreography at both the Oliviers and WhatsOnStage Awards. It was nominated for Best New Musical at both. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rest of the company includes Matt Mills, Mitchell Zhangazha, Philippa Stefani, KoKo Alexandra. Joshua C Jackson, Rohan Pinnock-Hamilton, Matt Gonsalves, Michael Conley, Kieran Alleyne, Johnny Bishop and Andr\u00e9 Phipps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
