How and when will I get my tickets?
A: Theatre tickets are normally sent by recorded delivery to the address given in the account application form. A nominal fee of £2 is charged for this service. We take the utmost care to ensure that customers receive their tickets in good time.
Once I have made my booking how will I receive my tickets?
A: Your tickets are usually posted to you by recorded delivery to the address supplied in the booking application form. There is a small charge of £2 for this service and we are committed to ensuring our customers receive their tickets well in advance of the performance.
What happens if I do not receive my tickets in time?
A: If tickets are not received at least 48 hours before the show begins, contact our customer service department on the following number 020 7087 2920.
What if my tickets are late to arrive?
A: If you have not received your tickets with 48 hours before the performance begins then call our customer service line on: 0207 087 2920.
Can I collect my tickets from the Box Office?
A: You are allowed to arrange pick-up of your tickets between 9am-7pm. However you must bring the debit or credit card you used to make the original booking. You also need you booking reference number as a further security measure.
Can I pick up my tickets direct from TheatreBookings box office?
A: Tickets can be collected from the TheatreBookings box office during the hours 9am-7pm. Please remember that you will be asked to present the credit/debit card used when the booking was originally made. You will also be asked for your Booking Reference Number as additional proof of purchase.
Can a third party collect my tickets from the box office on my behalf?
A: For security reasons, tickets must be collected in person. In order to comply with the requirements of the Credit / Debit card companies, customers must present the card used when making their booking and must quote their Booking Reference Number. These precautions are necessary to protect customers and Theatre Bookings against possible fraud.
Can I designate another member of my party to collect the tickets?
A: For added customer protection, the person whose credit/debit card details are on the account must collect the tickets. You must also be able to provide the correct booking reference number. This is in compliance with credit and debit card company policy and these measures are essential for protection from fraudulent activity.
Can i book tickets over phone?
A: Yes, tickets can be booked over the telephone. Our call centre staffs are at your service between 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Please call us on 020 7087 2920 / 020 7087 2998 during these hours to make your booking.
Do you accept telephone bookings?
A: At TheatreBookings we accept telephone bookings and have expert customer service personnel ready to answer your call. Call anytime between 10am and 7pm Monday to Sunday. The numbers are 0207 087 2920 and 0207 087 2998.
What should i do if i lose my tickets?
A: The most important thing to do is contact theatrebookings.com as soon as possible. Customers that have booked online can call us on 020 7087 2920 / 020 7087 2998.
What happens if i lose my booking reference number?
A: The Booking Reference Number is very important; it is used in all communications concerning bookings. Customers should note down their Booking Reference Number and keep it safe. Customers that have booked online can call us on 020 7087 2920 to get their reference number.
I lost my Booking Reference Number. What should I do now?
A: Your Booking Reference Number is essential in all transactions with TheatreBookings and customers are advised to make a note of the number and to store it securely. If your booking was made online then call us immediately on: 0207 087 2920.
what should i do if i change my address before my tickets arrive?
A: Call Theatre Bookings with your Booking Reference Number and our customer service department will help change the details. Customers that have booked online can call us on 020 7087 2920 / 020 7087 2998.
My address has changed and I haven't received my tickets. What should I do?
A: Contact TheatreBookings immediately with your Booking Reference Number and we will make the necessary changes to your records. If your booking was made online then call us immediately on: 0207 087 2920.
Do you accept payment in cash or by cheque?
A: Unfortunately we can only accept payment by Debit/Credit card. Customers wishing to pay in cash or by cheque can visit our Box Office.
How do I pay?
A: At TheatreBookings we only accept debit and credit card bookings. However, if you intend to pay using cash or a cheque you can purchase your tickets from our Box Office.

A: We accept all major credit cards.

How do I contact you in case of a problem arising?

what name will appear on my card statement against booking payments?
A: Theatre Bookings has been allocated a specific code/number reference and it is this reference that will appear on credit/debit card statements for payments made to us from your account.
How will I know payment has been taken from my account?
A: You will see a special code or booking reference number on your card statement that has been allotted to TheatreBookings. This will appear next to payment for purchase of your tickets.
Will you be able to mail tickets outside uk?
A: It is not always possible to post tickets to overseas addresses. This may be the case where secure mail cannot be guaranteed. Where tickets cannot be posted, customers can collect their tickets from the venue. When collecting tickets, customers should allow an hour before the show is due to begin. They will be required to produce the credit/debit card used when making their booking and must give their Booking Reference Number.
Can you post my tickets to an address outside of the United Kingdom?
A: : This depends whether secure postage can be guaranteed. If secure postage cannot be guaranteed customers are advised to collect their tickets from the venue at least an hour before the performance is set to begin. The customer must also provide the correct Booking Reference Number allocated to the debit or credit card transaction. We apologise for any inconvenience but this precaution is to ensure secure receipt of tickets.
Can i cancel my booking?
A: Unfortunately, except when a show is cancelled or re-scheduled, Theatre Bookings cannot cancel, exchange, refund or transfer tickets. Our policy is clearly laid out in the 'Terms & Conditions' section.
I would like to cancel my tickets. How can I do this?
A: Once purchase is made TheatreBookings can only refund payment if a show has been cancelled or re-scheduled. You can find out more concerning cancellation of tickets by viewing the terms and conditions.
What happens if a show is cancelled or rescheduled?
A: Should a show be cancelled or re-scheduled, Theatre Bookings will contact customers and explain the refund procedure, or provide details of the rescheduled show.
The performance was cancelled/re-scheduled. What should I do now?
A: TheatreBookings will get in touch with customers and carefully explain the cancellation and refund procedure and where necessary give details of the re-scheduled performance. In either case we shall do our utmost to provide customer satisfaction.
what happens if i am sent the wrong tickets or the wrong number of tickets?
A: Theatre Bookings make every effort to avoid these kinds of mistakes. Should there be a problem however, please contact our customer service department on 020 7087 2920 or 020 7087 2998 as soon as possible. (Mistakes cannot be rectified after the show).
What should I do if my tickets are for the wrong show or the wrong amount?
A: We take every precaution at TheatreBookings to ensure our processes and systems run smoothly so that mistakes of this nature are avoided. However, in the unfortunate event that such an occurrence should happen then contact our customer service department on 0207 087 2920 or 0207 087 2998 and we shall do our best to resolve the situation. Please be aware that we cannot resolve the situation after the performance has finished.
How can i find out which shows are for sale on your website?
A: Customers can find available tickets by browsing shows or by carrying out searches for specific shows. To browse for a show, select the appropriate categories and sub-categories. When searching, type the name of the show in the search box at the top of the page and click Search.
How do I find a particular show on your website?
A: The best way of searching for a particular show is to make use of the search function at the top of the web page. Alternatively feel free to scroll through the website, browsing shows through categories such as Musicals or Plays or even by searching for a venue in the Theatres section.
Do you charge additional service charges?
A: Theatre Bookings make a minimal service charge based on the face value of the tickets. This charge covers processing orders, payment of credit card commissions and running costs for the 24 x 7 booking service. We believe that the charge represents good value for the service provided.
Are there any extra costs that I should be aware of at TheatreBookings?
A: We make a nominal charge to cover services and processes necessary for the smooth running of our twenty-four hour booking service. This is a small fee based on the total value of the ticket purchase. We endeavour to keep costs as low as possible so our customers benefit from TheatreBookings discounted service.
Can theatre bookings guarantee the security of personal data?
