Let It Be, the hit theatrical concert featuring more than 20 of The Beatles’ greatest hits, returns to the West End. Featuring hits including I Wanna Hold Your Hand, A Hard Day’s Night, Day Tripper, Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Strawberry Fields Forever, When I’m 64, Get Back and, of course, Let It Be, the show charts the quartet’s meteoric rise from their humble beginnings in Liverpool’s Cavern Club through the height of Beatlemania to their later studio pieces. The production, which opened at the Prince of Wales Theatre in September 2012, marks the first time that rights to The Beatles’ back catalogue have been granted for a West End show. Let It Be’s return to the West End marks the 50th anniversary of the London premiere of the legendary band's film A Hard Day’s Night.
